We’re a nonprofit Salon, we offer services to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. We provide services for women and children between ages 3-65, at little to no cost to them. Our organization provides a safe space for women and children to receive care without the fear of being harassed by their abuser! We’re a full service salon and our prices are income based……

Our goal is to provide a space where our clients can come relax and feel welcomed as they find who they once were as they strive to return to society and make their mark on the world. We are a full-service salon own and operated by an experienced licensed cosmetologist. Our mission is to help provide women and children between the ages of 3-65 with easy financial access to beauty services to help rebuild their confidence.

Linda Phillips
President/Founder/CEO
Linda Phillips has be a Licensed Cosmetologist for over 22 years. After graduating from Technical Institute of Arts & Science in 2001, She worked in several salons; she owns a beauty salon in Tulsa, OK. Her overall goal was to build her own empire and help her community. Linda is a Cranial Prosthetics Specialist, master wig artist and a certified markup artist. As a survivor of domestic violence, she knows the struggles of starting over. Her vision is to help bring awareness to the importance of self-care for the victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual abuse. With each survivor, By Faith Beauty salon will help restore self-esteem and confidence one client at a time. Who knows what the future holds for each survivor, the sky is the limit!
Dr. Myeshia Smith
Vice President
Dr. Myeshia Smith, a proud Texan, holds a PhD in Guidance and Psychological Studies, specializing in School Psychology, complemented by an M.Ed. in School Psychology and an MA in Clinical Counseling. With diverse experience in education, juvenile justice, and community mental health, Dr. Smith is the founder of the S.T.A.R.S. Educational Consultant Firm and serves as the inaugural executive director for Operation Progress Fort Worth (OPFW). Dedicated to empowering youth through education and mentorship, she views education as the paramount source of empowerment and a catalyst for meaningful change. Dr. Smith's most significant achievement is her cherished relationship with her nieces, Leah and London.
Antonia cruz

Antonia Cruz, mother of seven. Child of two addicts. Born in Baltimore Maryland. Graduate of Valdosta state university with two degrees one in psychology and the other in Education. Currently living in Virginia as a home owner and owner of Tonia’s tots child care facility.
At Tonia’s tots the goal is to help educate the children as well as parents on creating a better society as a whole while breaking generational curses and stereotypes in our community. Antonia is also a domestic abuse witness and survivor!

As a leader in sales and business development, Kelly brings 20 years’ experience in sales, coaching, training, and mentorship along with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and sales teams find their strengths and voices. His commitment to developing teams and individuals’ skillsets is unwavering.
He has successfully coached and trained over 100 small business owners domestically and abroad to reach for and achieve their financial and professional dreams.

Skyler Soucy Branch Manager of a local Oklahoma Credit Union. With 8 years of financial lending experience my passion to help individuals with their banking needs have grown into ensuring their overall success is given every opportunity to improve. Partnering with By Faith Beauty Salon as a Nonprofit Organization has given me the opportunity to continue contributing to my society with a deeper perspective. Growing up female I have learned over the years just how common domestic abuse is within our very own community. I believe that we all should work together to help put a stop to the silence, show these women we do hear them and we care! By Faith Beauty Salon is providing a Safe Place by allowing these women to always have a place to turn, unwind, and get back to their beautiful roots as they know they are not alone and will always have support.
